Yes, you most definitely may. As long as the graphics you create by using my resources are non-profit. Although, a LINK BACK to Stargazer is a MUST!
What does commercial and profit/non-profit mean? I don't know!
Profit [from Latin meaning "to make progress"] is a positive return made on an investment by an individual or by business operations. read more.
To make it simple; If you make a layout/graphic etc which you then sell/trade - you have made a profit - it is a commercial layout/graphic.
Blacklist
Because I hate bad people to get away ... The purpose
with this is to warn and hopefully prevent other designers
to be ripped off and used. Watch out for Paul Potter,

Paul @ a Dolly Parton Site
Ordered 4 wallpapers, recieved the watermarked preview but
wanted the originals and said he'd pay later. When I said no,
he disappeared. I have learned that he requested graphics
from 7 of my friends and didn't pay them either. I emailed
him several times, first he ignored me, then he pretended
he didn't know me and finally he claimed he "didn't need the
wallpapers anymore" and NEVER PAYED. He also threatened
to contact my host unless I removed this note on him.

Paul Again
Hey, I was just visiting your site, and I saw the post
you did on Paul. I too have been fucked over by him. I
have a Bette Midler site (www.bettemidleronline.com)
and he contacted me saying he wanted to affiliate and
what not, and then he wanted me to help him with some
rare concert stuff, so I agreed, afterall it was no
skin off my nose, and then we started talking
graphics, and he put me onto a couple of design sites,
and I ended up ordering off someone, and so did he,
and anyway he said that he usually gets his friend to
help him out with paypal, but he was on holidays, so I
agreed reluctantly to help him out, and he said the
payment was sent with the cd he had supposedly sent
me. Anyway I felt sorry for the poor girl who had
designed things for him, we were afterall some of her
first customers, and so I paid his with mine, so she
didn't have to wait, and anyway I never got a payment
off him, and he never used her design.
I was horrified a few months later when I found my
friend was helping him with some graphics, and I told
him to be very very careful of him, and he ended up
screwing with my friend aswell.
This guy is not to be trusted at all. He is a complete
liar, I feel bad for you that you had to put up with
him aswell. I hope you didn't spend too mcuh' [sic] time
helping him.
Paul Once Again
I've had problems with the dolly parton phantom, too!
(Don't trust Urban Star Productions, either, I think
they're the same guy.) He bothered me a few times for
layouts and wallpapers when banggraphix.com was still
up. The first time he wanted me to copy someone else's
layout and clone out the watermarks on some Dolly pics
to make wallpapers for him. The guy's a nutbag, such
retardation, and needs to be blacklisted.
Paul AGAIN AND AGAIN
Story: This will be nearly the same story like Sara
wrote above but I just wanted to let other designers
know that Sara is right, and that this Paul guy also
ordered from me Nat@Elements Inc.Net). He ordered a
few month ago and wanted a layout and coding for his
Just Dottie West site. I created it, sent it to him
with my watermark and he said that it wasnīt what he
wanted. He added that he wanted a centered layout and
it was already centered. He sent me lots of emails
saying that Iīm a bad designer and I wouldnīt create
what my clients want and that he wanted me make it
centered or a new layout. I told him so many times
that it was in the center but he emailed and emailed
and threat me all the time. A few weeks later I got
tons of emails from a person called Daisy Dickson.
He also ordered wallpapers and icons and all that
stuff from me and didnīt paid until I stopped answering
his emails again and he started to threat me again.
Thanks bunches, that Sara told me that "Daisy Dickson"

GUESS WHAT? Paul Double Up
Story: Yep, I had problems with him too. He actually
sent me an e-mail requesting that I design him a layout
exactly like one on another site, and this in itself
appalled me as I do not like copying designs. So I
tried to produce something I thought he would like and
he sent it back and asked for certain revisions before
he paid. Well I thought that was fine so I redesigned
the layout and sent it again, again asking for money.
He said he wanted a couple more changes. This happened
several times before our contact was completely lost.
I think he may have run off with the watermarked
version, but I'm not entirely sure. It was a complete

GUESS WHAT? Paul Double Up
Hey there! I got a new Paul Potter story for you:
I worked for him several times, the first two times
he paid in time and then he started making trouble.
He always found excuses why he couldn't pay until I
told him I'd send an email out to all designers to
warn them. An hour later I received the money, lol.
He also asked me to copy layouts for him telling me
he had the permission from the owner (which I didn't
believe). He has several sites: extremedolly.com,
heyloretta.net, dottiewestonline.com and probably a
few more because he seems to have no life at all. I
think his newest alias is Patsy Cline Fan (email
address: patsymania@gmail.com). I'm 99% positive it
is him because he ordered from me after I told him
I wouldn't work for him anymore and he made the same
spelling mistakes like he did in the emails he send
me as Paul, lol. I hope this helps to spread the
word and warn other designers from this nutcase.

Hello -
I was shocked to see so many other people had had
problems with this same guy! A while back he
contacted me through my Dannielle Brent fansite
(danniellebrent.com) and asked me if I could help
him make little graphics like the ones I had on my
site, since he really liked the set up. I said sure,
appreciative that someone actually asked to use
something instead of just taking it. After I made
him numerous icons for his site, he asked me if I
could make a site award for him and that he wanted
it to look just like another sites site award. He
sent me the picture of the one he wanted me to copy.
I said no. He then asked me if I could do the coding
for a layout he had had a friend design for him - I did.
When he put his site online I noticed that he had used
the icons I had made for him on his site, but had taken
the entire codes I had for my site to post them. I wasnt
too mad about this but I then looked at his Site History
and it was a direct copy of mine! How on earth do you
copy someone's site history?! Its the history of how
your site came to be. Yet there it was with all my
site information cut out and his inserted where mine
once was. After this I ignored him.
But I was soon contacted again by him saying he had seen
Dannielle appearing on a talk show and had managed to
record it to DVD and was willing to send it to me if I
could help him with a layout again. Thinking I should know
better I hesitantly agreed, the Dannielle appearance was
worth more to me than a few minutes coding a layout.
I did the coding and he said that the DVD was in the mail.
Unsurprisingly the DVD never showed up and he disappeared.
But that wasnt until after he complained about the coding
I did for him and that the set up wasnt what he wanted and
asked for and wanted to know "What my problem was. And
why it was so difficult to do." I told him if it was so
easy then he needed to do it himself. That was the last
I spoke to him until, until about a year later he emailed
me again, this time posing as 'Daisy' needing help with
a Loretta Lynn website. He said he would give me HQ
pictures of Dannielle if I could help him with some coding.
I never responded to his emails and after about 5 or so, he gave up.
He is definately bad news! I'm glad to see you
posted something about him on your site for ripping
you off! He deserves no less! Everyone out there should
be aware of him and know to stay far far away!

I saw your page on Paul Potter. He has harrassed me for years to help him with his Dottie West site.
He's copied and stolen stuff from my site...so much so that I had to buy a program to keep him from doing it.
Here are a few more aliases to add to your list: Julie Potter, Julia Potter, Julia Kirby, AJ Kirby and
Dottie West Fan Club President to your list of Paul aliases. I make my own layouts and designs and I know
how long it takes to do it. I hope no one else gets ripped off by him!

PAUL - RECORD
Ok the story goes when i was a young designer. I made a layout for paul, the dolly parton site.
Then he said he'll pay for a complete site revamp. I had nothing to do so i was like, no problem.
I coded everything. i gave it to him, and he said the money is comming in. 2 weeks later i asked him,
"Where's my money", he said revenu was down. Being a tempermental, i said "I dont give a frig give me
my money." so hes like now im not gonna pay you. I was soo pissed. a day later he emaild me saying
that he'll pay. If i coded the webpage for firefox 2. So i did. and guess what the cheap basterd never
paid. I wasn't that mad. but now reading what he's put all these people though i am PISSED!
